The EPLGA is a regional subsidiary established under Clause 19, Part 2, Schedule 2 of the “South Australian Local Government Act, 1999.” In accordance with the Act, the Charter is subject to review every 4 years. The current Charter was gazetted on the 12th Dec 2013.
